Steps to follow if you are not satisfied with the product and wish to return it.
- Fill in the included return form as completely as possible.
- Package the goods securely, in any case in a sturdy shipping box. (Goods that are damaged during transport will not be reimbursed.)
- Send the product via package delivery service of your choice, e.g. B-Post, PostNL, etc. (Shipping costs are at your own expense.)
- You will receive a credit slip from us or have the money credited back to your account within a few days unless otherwise agreed.

Important: The products may not have been used in any fashion. Packaging must be in the original condition without damage. We retain the right to bill for costs and to deduct these from the repayment of your purchase amount.
